WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?

I am based in Jamestown, PA and northeast Ohio. I am a natural light photographer and I LOVE this beautiful area that we live in so most of my sessions are held outdoors.  A few of my favorite locations are Pymatuning State Park and Buhl Park in Hermitage, PA however I am always open for a challenge and look forward to new and exciting locations, perhaps a place that is special to you. We will discuss locations at the time of your booking.

 

DO YOU HAVE A STUDIO?

I do have a small home studio located in Jamestown, PA where all my newborn photos are taken. I also use this studio and a second location in Kinsman, OH for holiday mini sessions.

 

HOW DO I BOOK A SESSION?

Scheduling your session is easy! You can contact me below through email or Facebook Messenger. I will then send you more information about what a session would be like with me and include pricing packages. Once you have looked through this, we will schedule a date, time and location. I am very flexible and have frequently scheduled sessions within a few days. No need to book your session weeks ahead and no deposit is required to hold your date.

WHAT IS A MODEL RELEASE?

At the time of your session, you will be asked to sign a model release. This is a standard procedure in professional photography which basically gives me permission to take your photo. I will also ask for your permission before posting any photos to Facebook or social media.

WHEN IS PAYMENT DUE?

Payment is due at the time of your session with cash or a personal check. I do not accept credit cards however we can go through PayPal if this is your preferred choice.  This would have to be set up prior to your session.

WHAT HAPPENS IF IT RAINS?

We live in Pennsylvania/Ohio area so rain can be a part of our everyday life. The choice is yours. We can reschedule or continue as planned. Some of my favorite sessions have been held in rain or snow. If the weather shows down pours, high winds or conditions that I do not see fit or safe for you and your family then we will reschedule.

HOW SOON CAN WE EXPECT OUR PHOTOS AFTER OUR SESSION?

You will receive a sneak peek to your email the very next day! My goal is to have your portfolio finished in 2 weeks, however during the holiday season it may take a bit longer but you WILL have your photos before Christmas.

WHAT DO YOU MEAN BY ‘EDITED’ PHOTOS?

My editing process is the same as my shooting style. I strive to capture the natural you and not an overly Photoshopped image. I will go through and touch up every final photo including basic edits, removal of major blemishes or scratches and remove distractions such as surrounding people or signs that may be in the photos. 

 

HOW WILL WE RECEIVE OUR PHOTOS?

Once I have finished your portfolio, I will upload the images to my website. Your photos will be password protected. I will send you full instructions for viewing in the comfort of your own home. I encourage you to share your password with family and friends! Show off your photos! These proofs will be small resolution files (too small for printing) and will have my signature. Once you choose your photos, depending on the portrait package that you have chosen, I will remove my signature and provide the full resolution images of your choice with a print release for you to download.

CAN I PURCHASE ALL OF MY PHOTOS?

Yes!! Absolutely!! Many clients start out purchasing a basic package and once they see their photos, they want them all! You can upgrade at any time. I also archive ALL of your photos so you can go back years from now and add to your collection.

WHAT IS A PRINT RELEASE?

A print release allows you to print your images as you wish at the print shop of your choice such as WalMart, Walgreens or Shutterfly. I am not responsible however for the quality of prints that do not come directly from me. I use a Pro Lab that is calibrated directly to my computer for perfect colors, high quality paper, and lifetime preservation. Please remember a print release gives you the right to print your images. I maintain the copyright.
